Who Are We?
We are an affiliation of organization,
management, and human resources professionals who specialize
in the application of innovative concepts in organization
effectiveness, business management, human resources
strategies, and technology solutions that improve individual,
organizational, and leadership capability.
Successful organizations must operate as "open
systems." They interact with their environment;
they create capabilities that are responsive to their
customers and create value for them; they are flexible
in their actions - that is, they are self-correcting.
Organizations striving to be more effective and develop
these characteristics become more behaviorally
integrated, adaptive,
and cybernetic: what we call bianetic.
